SEWANG
Sewang merupakan sebuah seni persembahan yang menjadi kebanggaan masyarakat orang Asli di Semenanjung Malaysia. Persembahan ini dikaitkan dengan pelbagai tujuan seperti perubatan, keraian dan kesyukuruan menggabungkan unsur anisme, semangat dan pengaruh alam semesta. Lagu-lagu yang dimainkan, peranan halaq (bomoh), gerak tari dan persiapan bersewang memberi gambaran mengenai budaya dan falsafah hidup orang Asli. Sewang yang dipaparkan dalam dokumentari ini merujuk kepada masyarakat kaum Semai di Kampung Sungai Rensak, Tapah, Perak.

SEWANG
Sewang us an artistic performance important to some of the Orang Asli communities of Peninsular Malaysia. The performance can have various differing objectives, including healing, celebration and thanksgiving and it is closely connected to animism to the spirits and influence of the world of nature. The music, the role of a halaq (shaman), the dance steps and the preparations for a Sewang ceremony allow us to see something of the culture and philosophy of life of the Orang Asli. The sewing displayed in this documentary is that of the Semai ethnic of Kampung Sungai Rensak, Tapah, Perak.
